  • what a shite day

As many of you know 3 years ago i had an accident at work which i ended up having 2 big ops on my right hip.
Today i went for a works medical and i have now got to try and see a neurosurgeon as it now seems i have permenant nerve damage down my right side.
What makes things worse is that if test come back as positive for permenant nerve damage then it looks like i may be out of work as i cannot fulfill my contract.I may get downgraded but at the cost of upto £9000 a year which i cannot afford to lose.
I am now praying that i get a very good compensation payout to pay off my mortgage else i will be saying goodbye to the house and everything.
I knew i still had problems but not as bad as this with the hip.
the doctor today said that the hip[ problem has been sorted but the other probs have been forgotten about till today which may be to late.
I am seeing my own doctor next Tuesday and then arrange to see the neurosurgeon just to clarify it for my solicitor.
If it don't rain then it bloomin well pours don't it

Rich, to be honest mate, if an accident at work has affected your future earnings potential then any good claim lawyer should make sure you are sorted, at least the amount of earnings any written contract would have given you.

good luck mate, hope it works out, and more importantly I hope you feel well.
