roughtrax do three point belts for the surf, think they're about £47 each.
Should be able to fit the pair in under an hour, aslong as the reinforced mounting plates for the inertia reels and seatbelt top hanger are already behind your rear side trim panels, i'm pretty sure they were there on my prefacelift surf, so there's a good chance they were there on all 2nd gens.=========

Get a Surf belt off stormforce/supersurf/bio etc
behind the rear panels will be a mounting point for one aswell as a little plastic panel that pops out for the belt to pass though. (dont forget the little plastic clip that goes on behind the new belt)
remove a little clip on the roof an it has the bolt for a seat belt.
you'll want the actual clip aswell as on my 1st surf they were different to the 2nd.
absolute piece of pi$$ to fit.

Hello, remember me? i have the same year and model surf as you. I picked up the rear belts and new seats all round for £50 of supersurf!! fitted them in about an hour. work a treat. you will see a little plastic cover where the belt is meant to come through the plastic sides in the boot, i cut a slot in mine (little plastic cover) so the belt fits through and looks nice. you will know what i mean when you come to fit them. be carefull taking the plastic sides off as they have two bolts at the rear under the rear light casing, they break easly . good luck getting it sortedit never rain it pours! glad I got the 4X4
