Tracking

Hi all.

Called into my local kwiks**t today to get my tracking done, they said "cant do that mate its an import". Anybody know who can do it without them sucking air through there teeth & shaking there heads, cant be that hard to do can it.

alignment figures are the same as a UK 4Runner. Go back there, tell them, then tell them you're going elsewhere as they're a bunch of halfwitted retards.

You are wasting your time and money going to the larger fast fit chains. Their equipment doesnt fit the wheels properly so they cant get an accurate reading. I used F1 Autocentres who said they could do it, had it done but the steering felt heavy so a few days later took it back and someone else did it and it was miles out according to him. So a week or so later I took it in again to be checked and it was different again, so that was a waste of £30
After that I found a proper alignment specialist - Elite in Essex, who set it all up correctly. It drives like a totally different truck now. Not cheap though, expect to pay around £100

I paid £76 (i think...) at Micheldever tyres.

Ive got all the figures here if your desperate for what they need to be.
But you would be better off getting someone else to check.
