Got my window motor working again today!
a load of WD40 an a big hammer finally made the pinion come free. cleaned it all up an followed copycat's repair guide!
I didn't drill all the way into the two plates in the motor, just one an put the studs into the rubber to maintain the shock absorber function.... Its probably totally pointless keeping it but hey! At least its working.
If it goes t!ts up again i'll bolt it right up! But fingers crossed it wont be for a daaamn long time! Its a total sh!t to get back into the tailgate
