Monster truck racing

Had a night out last night and went Monster truck racing up at Kings Lynn . Mr Morris was there with Bigfoot and a few others . At the end of the night only 1 truck was left undamaged . 1 guy smacked his truck up on the 1st jump after landing hard on the osf wheel and sending his suspension backwards . Slowly they all seemed to break something and poor old Bigfoot lost engine oil pressure and had to retire before Nigel wrecked the engine.
I forgot how loud those things are.

Its a 7 and half litre super charged Chevy 1200hp. So not necesseraly the smallest but probably the least powerfull, but one of the most reliable.

Well tell him its about to be raised another 5 inches and have a rover v8 fitted. I'll post him a pic when its done.

Hi Rod another 3" on the bodylift making 6" and another 2" in the form of spring spacers and a torsion bar crank. The engine and gearbox is coming out so that will make the bodylift easy and give me about an inch of lift on the front anyway when the rover goes in. Then i could get 44" tyres on giving me another 3" that would make 22" all together

(but that was the point of putting my 'stock' surf with the others, just to show before and afters)
