Tyres !!!!!!!

right am thinking of putting all terrains on the truck as i spend a lot of time on the tarmac [actually potholes ] after all i do live in london
size is 265 75 16,
have been looking at cooper discovery atr's , cooper st , general grabber at's
price is about £70-£80 pound a corner

any comments on these tyres,??? road noise ?, offroad capabilities ?life of tyre etc,
