        100W- pah! We're building a tasty 2J (500MW peak power) short pulse green (532nm) laser this week. Corus (British Steel) want to 'ping' steel bar coming off the mill with it to check for micro-cracks.

        Here's a tunable wavelength dye laser we used to make.
