I'm actually semi-serious. Now I've moved house, I just have to wait until festival season's over and there'll be no more need for an estate car.

190BHP, leather and alcantara interior, aircon, 4 (and a half) star NCAP rating. The perfect car for a man with a baby and a like of something a bit different.

And, before,anyone asks, I do still like it and still works absolutely fine. I just like the batmobile too and am only allowed one car.....

i was quite prepeared to employ irony,with regards to mg's but, having ridden in one,and doing little wee's periodically, i will not now employ said irony (although i did have to keep shutting the glovebox every time we turned right)

it did though imho go EXTREMELY well.its handling and roadholding were truly excellent.it was just let down by a few silly things like badly fitted trim,and stuff,but it went like greasy weasel poo

So did the Maestro turbo, but that went straight on at every corner if your foot was anywhere near the accelerator. I dont think they advanced their designs much since then - which was, sadly, ultimately the problem.

The design moved on a long way. The consistency of quality did not.
