  • 2" lift brackets

    Hi all,
I am fitting a 2" lift to my truck.
I have got the body lift and have made some bumper and rad brackets.
I have just been on the Aussie sit and there bumper brackets look a little different to mine.
Mine are square with 4 holes drilled in, the horizontal ones are 70 apart and the vertical ones are 50mm apart and all squared up.

But on the abuse site they look like they are further forward at some sort of angle
Does the bumper need the angle of the brackets changing?
    Hope this all make cense.
    Will

The brackets on mine are square/oblong slightly so as long as the holes are the correct sace apart they should be ok.
Received payment today aswell Will thanks

No, what you've made will be fine. You just need to grind / saw a lip of the original mount.

you maywell get away with not extending the gear stick but once its lifted then you will be able to tell if it needs extending which will be by the amount of bodylift you have got which is 2"
