The T-BELT light has just lit up on the dash and after a mad panic and rapid stop, phoned the dealer to confim my suspicion that as the car reached 70,000 miles the light comes on automaticly, Panic over as the belt was changed at 54,500 mls but the muppet forgot to reset the onboard puter.
Trip out on sat to have it rectified.
Serves me right for doing a thou mls a week.

ask him about the mileage too... it should come on at 100,000 kms or 60,000 miles!
