Hi Guys - As well as Flying around in my Surf my other passion is Fishing and I have been given a chance to visit some lakes in Rushden Northamptonshire and after digging about a bit have found out that some guys go off roading around there so I was wondering has anybody got any info on the fishing?

One of the lakes is around 70 Acres and is knon locally as Ski lake as it used to have a Dry Ski Ramp on it. Cheers in advance.

I done a bit of digging, and i think you'll find ski lake and slab lake are the two lakes between rushden and wellingborough, north of the A45, south of irthlingborough road.

Seem to be being run by Nene Valley Carpers, but also seems they may have links to bang on baits, might be worth a call.
