Exhaust Prices
Got the dreaded MOT due in two weeks and I need to do a few things to the truck, one of which is the exhaust as the centre box and rear pipe are shot!! Have made some phone calls and looked on the net and was surprised at the range of prices!
Iezura - Main box/tail pipe £114.99 inc. vat & delivery
Milners - Main box/tail pipe £123.38 inc vat but + del
Roughtrax - Main box/tail pipe £195.05 inc vat but + del
Tyreshops (local tyre place) Main box/tail pipe £361 fitted
Powerflow - 3 sections from the down pipe back in stainless £465 fitted
As you can see a large range of prices, but to me a 'no brainer' I will go for the Iezura supplied parts. They have been used by members here, and I have not heard of any negative feedback on them - up 'til now that is
I know there are arguments for quality and the pros for a stainless system with a lifetime guarentee - you will be surprised how easy it is for the supplier to get out of replacing these if there is any hint of damage especially if used off road!! - but for now the price is gonna dictate what I go for,
