I had the head changed 8 months ago and that noise is there..the mechanic could'nt find it nor could I ...I though the power was down as well...I'll have another look around that area..its turbo related..just over 2000 rpm..I'm getting about... 19 mpg

i take it he means the pipe that goes between the head and bulkhead and bolts to the manifold at the back near the bulkhead.
The big pipe in the pic fatty put up

Not the pipe in the guy's hand, that's the one from the ERR to the inlet manifold. The pipe numbered 25601 in the drawing is from the Exhaust manifold to the EGR
Do you know that, with a 50 character limit, it's

I posted in another thread asking about egr stuff and somebody said find the egr valve, pull off the pipe and stick a bolt/screw in it. I think I am looking at the wrong thing. Found a round thing up near the bulkhead but has two rubbery hoses coming out of it. Am I close?!

no, look between turbo and head inch diameter pipe flange and two nuts bolted to exhaust manifold, bottom nut really hard to get at, try and tighten first if not renew gasket, hope this helps.
