do you not have two mounting positions on your rad ??
mine has two sets of mounting holes .and if you haven,t drill some.
get the rad out, drill some new holes on the side and refit...jobs a goodun
(you dont need any steel or have a vice for this, just a drill and bits)Non intercooled nothing.

OK just been out to see how many mounting holes i have, only one set. I however cant figure out why i would need to reposition or drop my rad. All hoses are flexible and have plenty of room to adjust the 1 1/2 " required, and the bottom of the fan blade sits about 6" higher that the bottom of the radiator. The fan shroud is rounded to fit around the fan at the top only and is open at the bottom. So in effect a lift would better position the fan nearer to the centre of the radiator.
