'Heavy duty degreaser'... is it wise to add that to fuel then? Having said that, petrol is a pretty good degreaser too.

which is why your diesel surf wont run on it,and it will probably knacker the pump

The people who use it seem to rate it, (obviously). Personally, over my dead body would any get near my engine.

              hi guys,

sorry about not better back to you sooner, work has been manic as i'm sure you can imagine.

Right, First of all, please stop calling me "mr fuel bloke" or "dude" or the other names. my name is Mujahid, but feel free to call me muj. I know that i didn't say what my names was in the beginning so it's my own fault.

Also, I DO NOT just filter wvo. I actually chemically reprocess it. I treat it with methanol (for the time being, i am going to be changing over to ethanol soon though) and a catalyst. I'm sorry but i am not will to say which one. Also, I'm not will to say what quantities I use of each other. I believe that, that is far. Also, I am not willing to discuss my process as it's our own way of making biodiesel which makes it a good fuel. Please respect that. I would like to be as open and as helpful as possible, without giving everything away. but one this is for sure, no way in hell do I or would I add acetone to my mix.

You should definitely know better, for starters. Plus, if the chap does indeed turn out to be a reliable source of good quality biodiesel, the circumstances are somewhat different. Also, his initial assumption regarding that point, advertising inappropriately, has already been 'advised' upon.

So it is indeed biodiesel in its true form. Do normal caveats and other such apply? May cause rapid degradation of already worn or old fuel seals, but should also run at 100% proof in an engine with no requirement for modification or mixing with diesel?

It has nothing to do with winning or being correct. If your going to be an arsey tw@t as per usual, I'm still going to be giving you the same responses as usual. Grow up or take it as it comes. The choice is yours.

Is that clean as in SVO, or clean as in processed WVO?
