its 2 quid for this month for free uk land line calls and 8 meg internet
then its 22 quid from then on
and if i get a big bill again or a double bill i have got to email this guy first

i told them if i added up all the charges that they have passed on to me in the last 12 mounths it would add up to a very big amount
it would exeed the consomer rights act of 1999 servise charges that was laid down to protect me and you from exesive service charges

they put me on hold for 30 mins then give me a deal

so not too bad but still did not get any reason why this keeps happening to me
but i have been given this guys email coz he told me he can garante that this will not happen no more
