Well tonight actually, I had fillet steak with a goats cheese, pesto and sundried tomato crust, accompanied by rocket salad and olive oil and balsamic dressing, oven roasted salt and pepper tomatos and loads of crispy fried onions and big mushrooms.
I had a nice bottle of ale with it and some cracking fresh baked rustic bread.
Not bad for a Tuseday night, my cooking is getting a bit Jamie Oliver!
