Can I suggest you edit your Ad. I would lose these two statements

"Ok so your thinking the price seems a little steep for a 2nd gen surf,but plz read on,there are several reasons for this.."

and

"to be honest i know the price is high but it owes me loads more,and if doesnt sell i'll just keep it,any questions plz ask"

You would be as well saying "I know I'm trying to rip off, but hey! no cheek no chance eh!!"IMHO
