  • over charged again

    my internet provider has had my eyes out yet again
    so this may be my last day on the net
    for now anyway
    i told them to take it out
    they keep double billing me
    giving me red letters with twice the amount that it should be?
    i payed 186 quid last mounth now they say i owe them 100 quid
    they are off there heads if they think iam just going to keep paying with out questioning why its so much.
    i have had it now with virgin media
    time to move on

    so who use's who ?

    i just need some company thats not going to keep flukin up my bills
    am not die lex sick its you that cant read mate

    Have a look at Tiscali, or even Sky....BT are OK, but not so great at customer service sometimes...or Orange......

    I'm with Virgin Media, who I think you are with too? And I have no trouble from them at all - not sure why they are giving you such a hard time.....

      i had the same account for over 8 years now
      and this last few years virgin media have made a mess of everything
      i have no idea how or why
      i never had this with telewest

        been with Sky for nearly 18 months. Got the tv phone and internet package deal, been pretty good so far.

          I'm with the Tiscali chaps again. Went to Sky but didn't get as good a service so went back.

            Im with BT, not had any problems so far but customer services ain't that good, spent 10 mins on the phone one day trying to get some details but got some Indian guy who i couldn't understand had to be then transferred to another Indian guy who couldn't understand me, asked them to get someone to call me back who spoke and understood English but they never did, or are still looking for someone.

              I'm with virgin at the mo,but am finishing with them soon cos i am moving house and the are not connected there yet. It's a brand new house and bt want £130 to connect, (the robbing barstewards) so as i have a mobile contract with 3 i am going to get one of there dongle thingys and give them a go, as its half price rental to 3 customers...........

                after being with Tiscali for a long time all I can say is....DONT GO THERE
                indian customer service
                no feed back
                dont answer emails
                chargeable customer service line numbers ..and they employ delay tactics IF you get through to boost their income
                un kept promises
                1.2 mbs on an up to 8 service (BT and fast say 3 maintained is to be expected)
                escalated complaints dont happen
                written complaints to MD dont get acknowledged or answered
                ditto for 'customer service'
                ditto for complaints dept
                advertise on telly £6.99 - new customers only - I pay 15.99
                when I eventually got them to agree with Openreach that they were 'throtling my speed' (not on a max line) they did improve it from .9 Mbs to 1.2 -1.5 Mbs but now claim I have a new contract and are tied for 18 months
                A load of fecking robbing barstewards
                Did I mention I have a BLUE one

                  well i told them to cut it off in the morning
                  so there is no way i can get any more bills
                  till i get to the bottom of this i dont think i will be on line untill i find another company or sort this out with virgin media
                  i may make them a depends how they are with me

                    Well, got my dongle, does not seem too bad, just a bit slower than virgin at the moment. They are supposed to be speeding it up soon............
