Feckin hell Matt! I'm a nuts and bolts, solder and wires man! Not some weird anti-daylight pasty faced nerd!

    Yes, I've rebooted the router.

Erm, as far as I can gather, I need to put the numbers in post 4 in my router settings?

I have no idea if I ever set any DNS things in my router. I think I just plugged it in ages ago and it worked. Is it probably set to poxy settings? It seems pretty poxy.

I'd love to jump in and help but I have a Mac and never have these kind of issues.

Granted, I still got screwed, but it's the thought that counts.

                        Right, that's it. Who blabbed?

Disable DNS caching, (or whatever they may call it), on the router. It should forward your requests directly to the nameservers then, instead of caching and serving the results itself.

                          O...K...

Assuming I can get at this thread tomorrow, and the missus doesn't look at me weird for wanting to play with the router, I'll have a look tomorrow.

Honestly, it's worse than looking after kids. Right click, save page as....

Doesn't matter if your connection is screwed then.
