i've had the all clear now from the consultant after nearly 3 years of suffering and 2 operations i finally go back to normal duties at work in 3 weeks time,god that will be a killer working nights again

i know . A week of days then a week of nights what a p155er
But if i time it right for when i go back to work then i may be able to judge it when we go on strike and then watch the railway come to a standstill

i had to have all the metal work taken out about 6 weeks ago G as it was causing so much pain where the muscle etc was growing back over it.Now its all out i feel so much better and i'm doing things now i aint done for 3 years.I havent even tried running yet and i aint done that in 3 years either as i'm just coming to terms with walking with a slight limp but no pain anymore
I have now got to see a specialist for the solicitors and get a report from him/her and then hopefully i am in for a very good payout but i'm not planning on a good payout as i may end up dissapointed
