        It wont get damaged cos it aint finished, it'll have a grille across it, and MARK IS GONNA make me a curtved tube to protect it.

              I would consider LEDs for your indicators if you are going clear, the bulbs are less conspicuous than the orange ones.

                What about it Mark? 1.5" - 2" tube, welded to the front crossmember (under the rad) shaped to follow the line of the bumper and end welded to the side bumper panel just in front of the wheel?

                    I like the idea of an asymmetric truck. Might do something different on the nearside... What do you reckon?

                    I'd like your quality welding to finish the job though.

                      lol @ tranny. could you have found a smaller cooler Andy? only joking, mine is too big really and I need to move it again or make a cash plate before Avalanche or its gonna be busted

                              It's actually shoved up inside the bumper there so it would stay put for the photo. Its twice the height thats visible. 16row, I think.

                              I have to either cut away a bit more bumper, or drop it down a bit. I'll probably drop it slightly so it gives more space for the hoses on the top.

                              Mark, will do a sketch today. A pair would be good, but I dunno what I'm gonna do with the other side yet. Maybe I'll just blank it off.
