Just got back from major service £190 inc vat

The real hit is ............£316 inc vat as a quote to replace rear seals, bearings brake shoes and bits because my rear brakes are up the spout covered in oil and gunge cos the seals are leaking ! So here is my ruined Marks & spencer white shirt cos I went under the ramp to have a look see and got oil all over me ! and I have to face the dragon .... sorry my beautiful wife ....

anyway is the price high or do I look elsewhere ?

I would say its a bit expensive to be honest would not of thought its a 5-6 hour job for a garage!! i would always get a few quotes just incase might save a few notes if nothing else

Front passenger tyre outer shoulder badly worn down
steering pulls slightly to the right

had a go at him when he said front fogs didn't work had to show him where the bl**dy switch was !
