Can this be done with a kit or something? I'd like to have discs all round, as the brakes took a real beating this weekend, very hot and lots of fade a few times....
it might be worth looking at the rear discs on a soarer or Ls 400 as they have the hand brake drum as an integral part of the disc ,(which is safer than using the disc as a hand brake as shrinkage of the pads/disc can release the brake) all the parts are readily available just shift the hand brake cable to the new drums, run brake pipes to the newly fixed calipers and you are on your way, though it would be a good idea to change the brake master cylinder for a split activator type which operates on diaginally oposite brakes.
I'm sure i've seen a conversion kit advertised which takes escort / mondeo discs & calipers, give LASupertrux a ring, i'm pretty sure it was on their site i saw it.
