  • Woo-hoo!!!!!!

    I've just driven my truck!!!!!!

OK, it was only three 4 feet forwards, and 4 feet in reverse with a bit of steering action, and I did have to shift gears with a screwdriver,
but I am feeling well chuffed.

got a slight coolant leak too.

Well, we're going camping in Brecon in two weeks time, so it HAS to be ready by next week-end really, allowing for any teething problems.

Me neither. The 'to-do' list is getting shorter......

                          Re-fit handbrake assembly.
Re-fit/weld gear lever. (sits too far forward, touches the dash!)
                          Centre consol re-fit.
Final rewire of all the gauges.
                          Assemble dash components.
Check every nut and bolt for tightness.

Oh, and a couple of MOT items that have come to light, idler arm bushes are well worn, and split inner drivshaft gaiter, and broken rear ARB bracket.
