its going to take me some time being ill 'n' all to finish it
but ill keep putting pics up
its going to be like a bed sit on the ground floor
small toilet (cant always walk far)
small kitchen masive room with log fire place (an old park ray)
up stairs will be a three quarter room over looking the fire place
like a studio flat type thing
it should all keep warm that way

its a shed honest
its going to be made out of wood so i dont need planning first
the water feed clicks on and off so is not a permant fixture
everything exepted the bog is removeable

i need a bog coz i cant allways walk far
so i sould get away with it
my last shed was just has bigg and i had no complaints about it
counsel came out and looked to see if its up to a good standard
and they were pleased with it
this one is even better

so it should be ok

but i do live in an asian area every ones got a pray house around here
so i can all ways say that

theres one just behind the breez block house just to the back is anouther one but ya cant see it for the trees but that one is out this world very nice pease of kit but i cant get a pic of that one

I believe, (but may be incorrect), that is only true upto a certain height, above which planning permission is required, irelevant of structure type. That was the case when I did the last workshop, if I remember correctly.

you are right

but i looked into it i was going to get a log cabin but the ones i wanted were 30 grand or so
and i dont have that kind of money
but all the cabins i looked at were 2 storys high
no planning needed
so iam making my own
if i do get complaints i will address them

only differance i made are fire place and bog but i need those

I will have to dig out my manual but basically, Providing it is 5M away from the house 20m away from a highway no more than 3m high if a flat roof and 4m high if an apex. and does not take up more than 50% of your land you do not need planning. you can use any material you like. The 3m and 4m i need to check but from memory i think it's correct.

One very important thing, you are not living in it or running a buisness from it.

Unless you are listed or in a conservation area then you are only aloud 10m cubed. witout permision (8x6 shed)
