The replacement engine will be going in the truck in a little while so fingers crossed its gonna be ok.
I did snap a bolt on the manifold where the egr pipe connects but lucky enough drilled the bolt carefully and mananged to get a bolt to grip.

the engine is now in and half dozen bolts holding it in so come Thursday the electrics etc will be put in and then hopefully fire up.

Looking good rich, Ive got the rad and batteries to go back in and injectors to bleed. Just need the rain to hold of one evening as my workshops full, and i'am outside
