i'm torn between doing a lift with 33's and no arb's or waiting a bit and saving me pennies for some lockers......

I'm seriosly considering selling my black beauty before i spend any more money on it and buying a 3.0ltr auto, maybe a 3rd gen. Are the 3rd gens. as easy to mod as the 2nd?

Problem is i dont want to be without a rig for the summer.

Dunno about ease of modification, I wouldn't think it would be any more technically difficult, maybe harder to source spares etc.

Get a 2nd gen, you know that way that at least we will still speak to you when you turn up.

The thing is I want a stock truck thats not been off road, and i want to modify it to the teeth (you know, kinda like Smiffy) and I dont want to do it to a truck with any more than 70K (miles). That way I can enjoy it for years to come. A 2nd gen. with those specs will be hard to find.
