They charged me £123.00 to remove the old exhaust, cut and weld the new (ish) one to fit, plasma cut the hole in the bumper and cut and weld the new rear section to side exit.

All in all, I think it was a fair price, as he charged for 1 meter of stainless steel tube, and all new hangers/rubbers, and obviously the VAT.

It is up plenty high enough to be out of the way for all offroad activities not to interfeir with it, unless I'm bogged to the axles

    Edit:

The cost to alter an existing exhaust would basically be about 1 hours labour @ £45-£55 + parts @ approx £10-£15 so lets say £55-£70 total cost.

The cost of the complete exhaust via the web based shops is about £300 + shipping + fitting, so the bespoke SS ones work out a good deal, if you need a whole exhaust from front to back.

Thanks again Ian for sorting out that exhaust, and saving it for me.

And for the rest of you, I took said Exhaust to Ashford Motorsport ( in Dover ?) and had them fit it, with a side exit.

They had to make up some new pipe at front and rear, but it fits well and looks good too.
