Slight prob breakdown is getting on the m5 at junction 20 of the m4 is there a town or services around there so we can meet up as my satnav is as helpful as a nail in a tyre

He's coming from Brighton to Gloucester

thought he said he was crossing the bridge lol. if so you could meet him on the road up to chepstow of the old m4 by the old 7bridge m8. or you could meet him on the junction of m5 at thornbury turn off or the dursley turn off

stroud ok m8 but if ret coming from cardiff it would be better for him at junction 14 m5 if they meet at service after junction 14 ret would have to carry on to durslet or onto stroud turn off where as thornbury juction it would be alot easier better still for bdt really to come over old bridge n meet on the chepstow slip road then go to mitsys from chepstow then come back through glos after either way one would have to pay bridge charges

Just North of junction 14 on the M5.

If he's heading north just tell him to go to Michael Wood services. If you're heading South from Gloucester exit the M5 at Junction 14, at the top of the slip road turn right at the lights, then right again to rejoin the M5 Northbound, the services are the next exit a mile up.

Just noticed the Brighton bit . . .

If he's coming from Brighton to Gloucester, he wants to leave the M4 at Junction 15 (Swindon) and go up the A419 then onto the A417 all the way to Gloucester. Saves loads of time and fuel.

There is a burger king at stroud on the m5 junction ........shoot up the a46 from the m4 ......off to find a map
