    anyone got any idea what i should use to clean Biro off an LCD telly screen???

    it's got a plastic outer covering, but i don't wanna press too hard to scrub it off and i don't want anything that's gonna melt it!!


    any ideas?... I'm not familiar with under sink cupboard!!

    i just use warm soapy water and kitchen roll on my LCD t.v and puter monitor

      you can but special cleaning wipes have a search on net im sure you'll find some

          50% isopropyl alcohol and 50% distilled water. Use an old soft piece of T shirt
          and put the solution on it. Wipe the screen gently. Dont do it while the screen is in use.

            ok, i got that in the cupboard!!!....


            i just used a damp cloth with soapy water... got most of it off...
            nee nar nee nar, i'm a fire engine!

              Distilled water with a drop of white vinegar in it. Vodka works too I believe.
              Switch off screen first though and allow to cool. Make sure it's dry before switching on again.

                    but where would i find it?... in the cleaning section or the alcohol section??


                    and it was definately Biro on the screen... i never get to watch my own DVDs these days!... and i was always very careful to cover anything electrical with tissue!
