What % oil are you using? Mine is clattery if I use more than about 60%, so I stick to <50%, if that.

its 50/50 at the min with it being colder.

was running 95/100% last summer without even a miss or a rattle even on startup. thats the concerning part.

maybe it just isnt warm enough for a 50/50 mix but this rattle happens when warm too and i have a heated fuel cat.
