Glencoe was loaded with snow too but the low cloud base had us driving a bit further to Nevis

We used to camp overnight in Claderglen woods at new year, absolutely fantastic. Beer, open fire, beer and munchies. Loved it!

I've also ben camping in the winter in Glen Shiel, not too much snow, but a very cold wash in the stream in the morning

we should have a surf run to the snow next year, combined with snowboarding/skiing/snow tubing (for the oldies) and beer drinking.

Happy to just sit on the porch of a log cabin drinking next to a camp fire, watching the rest of you breaking limbs and getting frostbite
