Taking the plunge!

First post so please be gentle.
Have never had a 4x4 but always fancied one.
Freind of mine recently imported a surf using a company called "Airbros Japan", Love the surf looks and spec so thinking of taking the plunge, AJ have found me the following surf:-
96 (3rd gen) Hilux Surf SSRX 3.0ltr Wide Body Diesel Turbo Manual, AC, PS, PW, AW, Colour TV, Electric Sun Roof, 86K, Dual air bags, ABS for £5.7k.

Still extras to pay for; Shipping, Import Tax, VAT, SVA, MOT etc.

Is this a good deal?

Has any body heard of, or dealt with AJ?

Heard TVs are US in this part of the world?

It's true, the TV won't work as far as I am aware, due to tuning problems. The radio is the same, that won't work either.
