Im getting an average of 10 - 30 kbps its very slow is anyone else having trouble

I'm running Tiscali broadband (3xfaster-my hairy a**e)
Had normal tiscali, that was average, new one is much better but still not fast. It says I'm connected at 2.3mbps which if reality would be fantastic.
It can depend on how many Are on the internet looking at the same things as you, and it can depend on how good the site is that your viewing.

But Tiscali are a steaming pile of poo-I agree!

2.2mbps uh my dialup on 56k modem connects @ 48,800 bps & is much quicker im going to phone them up tomorrow & tell them to sort it out as im not getting what i paid for
