Who gave him the right to try to turn London into the cleanest capital in the WORLD ????? As though it will make any difference to the WORLD ENVIROMENTAL PROBLEM !!!
As for charging £25.00 a day for GAS GUZZLERS, no one is going to scrap their car only sell it maybe to someone outside London, which is only moving the problem not solving it. Bit like when they try to move prostitutes and they go away to another area.

There's something VERY odd going on here .......

It looks like the Surf's RFD has only gone up by £5 to £185 which is probably less than the real inflation rate and my Focus doesn't appear to have gone up at all !

What confuses me even more is that according to the BBC's budget calculator I'm actually going to be in pocket to the tune of a few hundred quid !!!!!!!
