Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%?

We have all been to those meetings where someone wants over 100%.

How about achieving 103%? Here's a little maths that might prove helpful.

we have had a discussion about this before and we came to the conclusion that people who 'make' up buzz words should be punched. repeatedly.

Fair enough but you now need to assign an "action party" so that the process can be "stewarded" to "final closure" and if you plan on making it a KPI ( key process indicator ) then you need to develop some metrics for it.
