Rear Window Stuck

Hi,

Got an M reg surf and the rear window has seized, I can hear the motor running but the Window requires assistance to go down and up any ideas on fixing the problem.

its knackered im afraid, need to scrap the truck !

wind it right down, keep heaters on full blast and forget about it...












or, by some silicone lubricant stuff from a factors place, spray the rubbers/runner thingy that window goes up in and wind up window and down again until it goes better...rinse and repeat (without the rinse bit unless your a qualified 3rd genner)

if this still hasn't fixed it, undo backing to mechanism motor thing and grease moving stuff...if it still don't work then the head's gone.

The plastic disc are knackered you require a new motor from ebay about £40
and a £10 blue membership star

The newbie gets a few weeks grace and will e happy to pay whe he fixes his window and realises how helpful the seach button is. But white akita it's that you ave no Star.

ya window motor is going mate mine did the same then it packed in all togeather
you may need a new one you will have to have a look at it

have i had to much to drink or did i not cover all this without leadin him down the garden path

my truck might possibly be sold in the next 2 weeks so dont really want to pay for a years membership.
