Ian, there was, and still is absolutely NO intention to charge to attend any runs I have a hand in organising. Looking forward to seeing you!

It may be cutting my own nose off but as stated earlier in this thread , the plain runs cost me alot to put on , and i do it for the fun of it . And the pleasure of watching others enjoy them ..........And i enjoy attending other events.
AND Just because you have alot of disposeable income don't think we all have .......i have got to do alot of overtime to get the finances inplace to attend

Thought I would keep my mouth shut until I have subscribed, yes I know I have no blue star but I have just paid so no abuse pleases.

To my shame I have used this forum, and not subscribed but that has been down to procrastination.

Now I can take a pious (or is that prius ) attitude how about having a rank system for subscribers, like the RNLI the more you subscribe the higher the rank.

The highest rank in the RNLI is Governor which sounds ever so grand, then others would get to see what a good egg you are.

Go on then. I'm bored and you're stupid, so humour me with how this should be done:

who knows how not to check code
Also, whilst you're at it, just for chuckle value, endear me with your explanation as to exactly what you mean by this:

requires the knowledge of what code was used first
Code means many things. To which are you referring?

Really? (Yes, I am answering this final time despite my previous statement). Dinosaur sort of way? Since when is THE web standards consortiums own validator a dinosaur? Or are you referring to the fact that I did not manually specify a doctype, seeing as your code has no valid doctype set? Hell, set the doctype mate. It gets even worse then. 109 errors, or something thereabouts, I believe you will find.

Btw, my above statements all must be completely false, to be honest, as according to you, I know nothing of coding. Or does your statement above contradict your earlier statements? How could I know anything, as you suggest above?

You'll always be an arse mate.

I write my code in vi, thankyou very much, which means every line and alteration, by hand, in a commandline editor. Is all of my work fully and completely XHMTL compliant? You bet your damned arse it is. So don't you have one of those pathetic, whingy, ooh, I can use the file menus from Hotmetal Pro and still f*ck things up completely moments with me.

Like I am really going to take lessons in coding from someone who's best attempt is this:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...Inline&group=0

My, I wish I could f*ck things up on such a grand scale. I'm completely and utterly jealous. Honest.

If it only displays correctly in IE, and this is the last time I will say this, IT IS NOT TRULY VALID HTML. But pray, do tell what a 'framed IE page' is?
    ______________________________ ______________________________ ____

Back in the 80s when Netscape were taking Microsoft to court Microsoft came up with FRAMED (Framset) and IFRAMED pages which had the effect your having problems with Moz and that is Microsoft wanted and has dominate the WWW side of the internet as only IE could display and still only display FRAMED pages correctly.
This is why there are more plug-ins for IE than any other browser and these cause security issues.
As discovered with Hotmail when Microsoft bought them out.

You will find American web sites are trying to get away from using FRAMED and using CSS pages but using IE in UK means you have the best of viewing both worlds but as before security is a issue.
