The scoop is fitted on the 'sport' models over there. It does precisely nothing other than look nice.

You can buy scoop kits for not that much. Seacrh Yotatech for 'sport hood' and all will be revealed.

Supercharger was never a factory fit but was sometimes a dealer opion.

I never got that... Call me naive... but surely anyone that wanted to be malicous with number plates could see it perfectly well when it’s parked up in a public place... Why hide it on internet pics?

i suppose that it would be easier to find the number plate for a car that matches their stolen car on the internet.
if a con man has a stolen black surf he would need the reg plate off another black surf, it saves them driving round looking for one !

same reason that all scrappers that get transported around have the number plate removed or covered ( not that mine is a scrapper )

i have had one car ringed and dont want another but in fairness the ringer was in better nick that mine but plob would not let me swap
