Would the slam panel/front panel from a 2.4 fit my 3.0?

It's the same year and I was thinking that toyota wouldn't have made a difference during manufacture but I wanted to make sure.

Fitting on bash plates are differant but this is the slam panel mate, the front panel the grill and lights go into
