Went to makro yesterday - the southamptonish area one!

KTC veg oil £15 - 20ltrs. - not a bad price an shit loads in stock!

Also, they had some £50 sat navs, got one - its pretty cool.

Works at least - which is a first for makro

Its a Medion somet or other model. Been messin around to see if it actually takes me to places i already know! an it does. No random "Turn left now" whilst on a motorway or any of that cr*p!!

It's not great though. That's 75p/ltr. I can get Tescos/Asda own brand Veg for £2.21/ for 3ltrs - 73.6p/ltr.

KTC used to be more like 53p/ltr only a few months ago.

That's an atrocious price! I buy the "Pura" oil from Tesco at 56p/litre. The only downside is that I have to put it in the tank a litre at a time....

I spoke to a general floor manager/superviser (he wears a suit) told me I can order larger amounts in tin drums at customer services. I have not placed an order as we are getting waste oil from a local pub.
