  • should i ???

    been looking at 3rd gens lately the problem is do i keep my 2nd gen [spent a lot of money on it] or do i sell it and start all over again[winch,snorkel ,fwh,lift ,sliders ,etc]
    dont know if i could afford to keep two or get full use from two
    what would you do ??

    part x with 3rd gen ????

    ps i have allready got some parts for 3rd gen, shears,comb scissors

    They are the way forward, don't fight it. Rob, Ace Piker, Antshiel, MrE, etc.......should have proved by now there is no difference in the mud.

    Our next truck once the house is built is gonna be a 3.4 V6 3rd Gen fully 4x4toy'ed up!!!

                          If I was looking NOW for a truck, I'd buy as late 3rd gen as I could afford.

                          THERE, I SAID IT!!!

                          Not because I dont love my 2nd gen, but 3rd gens are newer, and therefore it will be longer before it needs work. I've seen some really nice modded too.

                          And I have these aspirations to do some long foreign treks sometime in the future, and a later truck might just give a bit more confidence. Mind you, might be tempted by an LC if I have the choice.

                          However, while my faithful beastie holds up OK, I'll be keeping it.
