lol i know exactly how you feel mate. my friends pajero used to get stuck all the time. half due to driver error and the other half due to crappy pajero..

but im in south east london, and would definatly lend a hand. earliest i can get home is 6:30 tonight
but by the time i get to you it would probably be more like 8:30pm if not later. im here if you need me.

i got my truck stuck in bog before. i managed to rock forward and back just enough that while also rocking the steering left to right gave me enough to slowly get me out in reverse back the way i came in!

    awaiting pictures...
    Oh Nana, what's my name?

I think you might be in for some hard graft mate! Got a spade and anything that will pass for waffle boards?

Yup I went down with a spade and some boards last night (plastic things with tractor style tread moulded in them Not sure how good they are), but it was pitch black so I gave up... its all still in the boot lol

All part of the learning curve I guess...

Chris cheers mate! I'll give you a bell if we have no joy this afternoon!

Might go down and make sure its still there with all its wondows intact... I'll try and get a pic lol.

Cheers for all your help guys.

that looks like a winch job to me unless there's something a lot firmer to get another vehicle on to pull from. Let's be honest it is actually buried to the axles or pretty damn close. Find a local club on www.4x4web.co.uk and see if you can get in touch with them or any of their members, they might be prepared to help? or as GWH said call a recovery company, i was winched off a beach once by an RAC contracted wrecker, was meant to pay £80 winching fee, but never got the bill.

Just wait until July when it might have dried out a bit.

Christ, I'd hate to see 'that bad'.

Sorry, shouldn't laugh. You're going to need a tractor at least.

No diff locks (bar the middle one) and no LSD!!!! The truck is totaly totaly stock... as buying it skinted me out! I do have plans though....

A mate of mine seens to think I'll not get it out without sustaining damage

Its only a few metres from the main road and about half a car length from "good mud"

Lovely looking truck by the way

I think you should be alright as long as you pull it out straight forwards at first and only start trying to steer once it's moving a bit. I suppose you could damage the exhaust.

i recon if someone went in reversed up to your truck and hooked up, then a 3rd person hooked up to that from the road, then we would be okay.

my mates paj was stuck exactly like that! i even let the tyres down to pretty much no pressure, and they didnt bulge at the bottom because the truck was supported by the body because it was that deep in mud.
i pulled him out, but then he got excited and carried on reversing, so i reversed and ended up slipping down a bank and getting myself stuck again. i was well annoyed at the time

to get your truck moving it would have to push mud using its underneath, there is no way.

if there is ground that isnt boggy quite close then if you got a rope ( i dont need a rope lol) then a hook up and drag whatever way possible might just be enough to get you moving yourself again!
                      dont worry mate

                          NOT THAT BAD!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't go in that with a tractor.
                          Good luck though.

Rubbish, it just needs a winch out. Shame you're so far away.
