Yeah , the Mitsubishi VR4 is a genuine Q car . Comes with 4wd and 280bhp as standard . Look just like the UK Galants till you put your foot down.
I've got it's baby brother a Galant GT Sport . Only has a 2 litre V6 Twin Turbo Intercooler but still 4wd and standard 240bhp. A bit lighter than the VR4 though

I had a Hillman Avenger Tiger for a while back in the day, was cool.

Mine was yellow, and set up for Rallying.

Tiger Avenger was my first car. Yellow ones were by far the fastest.

                    Hey, me too!

Had the flywheel lightend and I was able to spin the wheels in the first three gears from a standing start. Had to carry a bag of cement in the boot when it was wet though.

Sorry, when I said weird Japanese I meant anything that was not available new from a UK dealer. Such as a Galant VR4 or indeed a Pulsar where the entire front appears to be an intercooler Isn't a Pulsar the same as a Sunny? Not that one, obviously, but they have rubbish little Nissans in Australia called Pulsars and they look a lot like Sunnys.

My old man had a Calibra Turbo for a while. It was rubbish but went absurdly fast.

Cement was too posh for me, I had a big bag of sand in a wooden box.
