Well how else can you get "DERV" at less than the cost of selling it, or am I missing something here?
Buying 5000L of gas oil (untaxed road fuel, more or less) I paid 54p per L the last time I bought some just before Xmas, Fuel Tax is around 56.94 pence per litre for conventional diesel.
Where and who he gets it from is his affair, Me likes price and me likes white diesel (derv) for that price ones eye shall be turned blind. You're definately missing something!!

Don't have a problem with that, the price of fuel is a disgrace, it's costing me at least £45 to go to and from work a week I'm paying Tax on Tax on Tax sometimes I think it's hardly worth working
Welcome to Rip off Britain. I think you're not alone on your thoughts, We're stupid enough to stand for it so why should the gov change it's (our)tax system. This is why when someone gets anything cheaper than uk tax price, i for one say fair play and don't even bother asking where it comes from. As long as it's legal, well you know the drill.........
it is alot more hassle for me to get the diesel im getting ,ive got to pick the drums up ,fill the car up with a 5L jug ,then when i pick more up i take the empties back, got to put empties back into the bin bags or the boot stinks.
alot easier just going to the pumps and i would if their pricing was fair.
but i do save about £700 a year.
