3.0 TDI head gone again.

Almost 3 years to the day and the Pike-mobile has blown another head . Thankfully Stevo has fitted me in on Friday . I was wondering do you think it was because the garage (nobody on here) didn't do the job properley (I suspect they didn't change the head bolts). Or could it be that because I love her so I give her BP Ultimate to drink most of the time. As I have a fuel card paid for by work it makes no difference to me. But I wonder if the extra mileage they claim is down to a higher compression/bigger bang and therefore contributed to the head going?

would just use usual fuel as although its a 3rd gen it is still an old truck
