Have a look at TBR's Wales photos, Strata Florida and they also must have done the steps at Sarn Helen and they visited the dam as well

Say what you think Matt lol

To be fair to TBR you do get to be chaperoned around God's country, Bob knows more routes than you can shake a stick at, and for city folk it means not having to organise anything at all - you just turn up.

I suppose though that me, Apache and Mudsurfer can charge for the next run???????????

                      Ahh Steve,

If we did that then everyone would know! Look on the expedition thread for info.

And search for Abergwesyn - then go to the devils staircase and you're nearly there.............

The google earth pics of mid wales are not very hi def.

have a look on multimap, just do a search on strata florida - the byway is the track that leads to the south east

                            Hows £30 a truck sound?

What Andy says is right though. Some of the trucks you see with him are heavily prepped, but a lot are standard. Its probably worth the money for a weekend (£50 a day) in order to know where you are going is legal, the experienced guys will pass on their knowledge, and they will get you out if you get stuck.
