Well, if I didn't know it already, Plains mud is special. Very special!
It took me 15 minutes to clean one front caliper - the mud had cooked on so hard I had to chisel it off - amazing.
I have been all day cleaning/greasing/oiling and generally trying to get the truck back to working order. Front off side wheel bearing is toast.
WARNING - To anyone who played in the deep mud. Check your shock boots.
All of mine had mud in them but the front two were full. Had to disconnect the shock, remove and clean the boot - really filthy. If left the shock would have been wrecked in short order.
