        Two questions:
1, What time does the show start?
2, What's the link to the cam?
        I'm getting bored at work
Hold my beer and watch this

            I might have a prezzie I shouldn't have bought..

I ordered myself a camera from jessops on christmas day... then I changed my mind, cos it was out of stock, and cancelled it on boxing day, and ordered a different one off amazon... The amazon ones loads better, and not much more expensive Had a confirmation today that the camera is on its way from amazon, and will be with me tomorrow. As will the bag and memory card from jessops... Looks like I might end up with both....
            it's in me shed, mate.

What did you get Charlie? The Nikon D40 is less than £300 from PC World now. I'm tempted.

I've got an Older Fuji, maybe S5000? Great camera, and the S5700 is a bit of a bargain! Whats the 8000 like?

I just fancied an SLR. Had a couple of film SLRs years ago and miss them.

The 8000 is more of the same, but 18x zoom and I think 7.1 mp. oh, and face recognition too ( thats going to be well handy cos I'm always forgetting peoples names... )and only 190 Quid!
                    I'd have a D40x in a flash, if I had the cash...
I lost my old digital out ferreting, so I'd be scared to have too flashy a camera.. Hey, I could use the 5700 for ferreting and keep the 8000 for best!!

do you lot know how to take propper proffesional photos?
ive wanted to learn but never had time or a decent camera.
i like the effects with polarising lenses and other things you can do, like overlay images on top of each other at different settings so that clouds and the main item stand out together - cant rememebr whats that called now

There's plenty of info on the net regarding doing that. Now get it sorted so all the letchers can give it a try.

If it's any help, I bought a Canon D400 earlier this year and rate it very highly, in fact the best I have ever bought, and a great PC programming disc which comes with it.

Sad to say though, I thought I got a bargain from Amazon at £500, now you can pick them up for £350

Good cam corders are plummeting in price atm

i told someone at work to keep an eye on it whilst i was out of the office...
she was parading around again lol

                              but she collared us.

i reckon she is telepathic. i was thinking about a webcam for a few weeks and then she gets me one for xmas. i dont even want one - i dont use it!
and then there were 3 or more people watching her from work and then she all of a sudden walks over to the camera and turns it towards the wall.
i will have to leave it facing that way for a bit so she dont get suspicious
